Love the history of this building. So much history in this building. I love the architecture. I was fortunate enough to visit the Mpls. Grain Exchange when there was still somewhat active trading. My parents were able to watch the trading from the observation deck when there was heavy trading back in the day, which was early 1970s. Unfortunately there was water damage to the two pits but feel like it was reasonably preserved. I love that the phone booths and the trading boards and the bell are all in the original places.
I’ve had the opportunity to work remotely in the co-working space and was very excited to be part of an amazing work concept. Such an amazing feeling.
I also had the opportunity to join a couple of parties that were were hosted at the Grain Exchange. This video was from one of those events.
