Great Place to Work certified and they recently revamped the 25th co working area and board room. Accessible and everything essential is here! Great view, work anywhere, and reliable amenities. They also have a massage chair and telephone pods for quick calls.

Good locations and offices but service is always problematic. Getting someone to talk to is a challenge in of itself and so your on your own.
The phone numbers are just an automated message system which does not even follow its own instructions press star for the operator but just reverts back to a recording.
No one picks up the phone and when I got someone there was really bad background noise and they hung up on me.

Absolutely terrible. I previously worked with KMC when I was in a leadership role working for a large enterprise technology company. They did a great job with hiring our function. I've since started my own consulting business and I decided to engage with them again because of my past experience. I spoke with a person from the team and told her my requirements which was obviously much smaller than the hundreds of people at my last company. I sent 4 follow up emails and never heard back from the 'Regional Manager'. If you're a small business, I wouldn't recommend working with them. Great if you're a large technology company with thousands of employees.
