My parents have been coming to this hotel when they're in Manila for the past three years, and their loyalty truly speaks for itself. The service here is consistently excellent, and it’s easy to understand why they continue to return.
For their latest stay, I planned a small surprise for them, which included a few deliveries and having special items placed in their room before arrival. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free because of the FOM, Danica Catindig. She was amazing to coordinate with through Whatsapp and was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect. Her personalized approach made all the difference, and everything was set up beautifully for their arrival.
I also want to extend a big thank-you to the reservations, front office and housekeeping teams for their extra effort and care. You could really feel the thought and teamwork that went into making the surprise come together.

We had such a wonderful stay! Everyone was so respectful, kind, and accommodating. The staff were quick to respond to requests and even helped me schedule an airport shuttle at the last minute, which I truly appreciated.
The breakfast buffet was delicious, with different selections every day that made mornings extra special. The housekeeping team kept our room clean and comfortable, always smiling and making sure our fridge was refilled with water bottles.
Big thanks to Miss Jannet, Mr. Jeff, the Richmonde Café team (especially Adel), the housekeeping team, and the accommodating concierge and front door team for making our stay so warm and memorable. We can’t wait to come back! 💛
