Reviewing High Tea at Live Oak. You must try it — everything was wonderful! I'm especially writing to highlight the exceptional customer service provided by the Director of Food and Beverage. He promptly and graciously resolved a minor inconvenience we experienced. It's reassuring to see that the high level of service one expects from the Four Seasons remains as impressive as ever.

Amazing service. Everyone is super-nice. They basically say yes to any request you make. Can I check in at 9AM – Sure! Check out at 3PM Sure! This hotel is located right next to the bridge with bats, so you get to experience their swarming behavior without much effort. Great pool and reasonable food. Do double check you bill as someone put their tab on my room.
