Took my teen daughter to a concert here and let her and her friends join in the middle of the chaos while I hung out in the back. I was so impressed with how the staff handled everything that happened. Multiple teenage girls passed out (so much excitement!) and not from heat, just pure concert frenzy. The staff jumped into action immediately, taking care of everyone with calm efficiency. It was obvious they know how to handle a crowd, and it made the whole experience safe and fun. It's maybe not the fanciest venue, but it's the right size to feel like you're up close and personal wherever you are watching from.

I attended the Alexandra Kay concert with my my daughter, my niece, my sister and one of my best friends. We had a safe and great experience! The employees were friendly and welcoming and kept the flow of the crowd in and out moving. They were very quick and attentive when someone needed medical attention and never left her side until it was safe to do so. 10/10 recommend and would go again!

Even though there were a lot of people the event felt somehow intimate, which I liked. There was a good variety of food and drinks. There was a good atmosphere and I appreciated they had a side door open so there was fresh air coming in. Staff took the time to give precise instructions before coming in so it was a very quick and easy process.
Rows of chairs being so close one from the other wasn't comfortable. We were lucky no one was behing us so we could push ours back a little.
