600 Lofts has been a great experience so far – the downtown benefits at an affordable price. I'm not sure you could find many other places with such a great location plus nice living arrangements themselves. Even the studios have washers and dryers and dishwashers. It's been a fun place to live, and I'm glad I picked it.

Great Location & Well Maintained:
(Updated 05-17-2021)
Maintenance has super fast response often within minutes, and work tirelessly to resolve your issue. The staff has a positive disposition that allow residents to be heard openly and fairly.
They accepts pet (breed restricted), and have in ground parking secured by garage doors. Video surveillance and a security company monitor the property.
This building is located on one of the most highly trafficked intersections in the city. 600 South is a one-way freeway access streets and State Street cuts through the entire valley. This Urban dwelling has big city appeal.
There is a modern well equipped fitness room with 24 hour access and an Office space with some terminals and decent hours. High end gas grills are are custom built on one of the 4 spacious raised patios decks in the building. [They are now open generous hours]

I've lived here for 8 years, and overall, it’s been a good experience. There really aren't many amenities—just a BBQ area, a couple of benches outside, and a workspace area but no printer. The gym is actually pretty nice, though. The dog parks are gross. The back one is all torn up to hell and the fake turf out front is disgusting and has never been cleaned in all the years I’ve lived here. Thankfully there’s some grass by the Grand America and out front (even if it dies from all the dogs using it).
Maintenance and management have been superb, no complaints there. But the rent keeps going up. When I moved in back in 2018, I paid $800 for a 1 bed/1 bath. Now in 2025, it’s $1,500 for the same 600 sq ft.
The mailroom is secure with key access, which I like. Noise rules are really strict, people don’t seem to be aware that theyre living in an apartment building… Management will issue a complaint if you’re even slightly outside quiet hours. And don’t expect to use your balcony much; they’re extremely picky about what you can have out there. Even a privacy screen isn’t allowed, which doesn’t make sense to me.
Parking is also a pain. The building doesn’t own the parking garage and they will not open the garage doors for you to move in and out. So you have to use the regular doors only. You only get one parking stall for a 1-bedroom, and there’s zero visitor parking. If you live with someone else, one of you will have to park on the street—if you can find a spot.
The best part is the location. Tons of new businesses have popped up nearby, and you can walk to some great taco carts. But between the rising rent and strict policies for what you pay, I have mixed feelings.
