My friend and I dined in, and the manager on duty, Alex truly saved me from an embarrassing situation. I switched purses right before leaving the house and accidentally left my credit card behind and to make matters worse, my phone died, leaving me unable to use Apple Pay to pay for my meal. I immediately informed my server, and Alex stepped in with such humility and professionalism. He kindly offered his charger and handled the situation with patience, grace, and genuine care. His calm leadership turned what could’ve been a stressful moment into a positive one. Alex exemplifies outstanding management and customer service, and I’m deeply grateful for how he went above and beyond. He’s a big reason I chose to return.

I had the pleasure of being greeted by CC, the hostess. OMG, she is truly heaven sent! Her warmth, humorous, and kind approach to customer service made us feel instantly welcome. She went out of her way to get me and my friend seated for dinner and cocktails, making the evening even more enjoyable. Her exceptional service reflects amazing management and training at Ruth’s Chris. Both Alex and CC deserve recognition for going above and beyond. They made both nights worth while and memorable. Thank you both again. I pray recognition finds you both. I will continue to recommend and bring friends to dine in this establishment.

Wonderful experience and delicious food. The Norwegian salmon with bay scallops in a Thai sauce was amazing. The rest of the table had steaks; a filet, NY Strip and a Ribeye; all delicious and cooked exactly to order. I also recommend the au gratin potatoes and sweet potato casserole.

Bryce was our server . He was absolutely incredible . I loved his attentiveness , he was so bubbly and sweet ! He thoroughly explained things to us , as well as chatted with us along the way when he came by! He was wonderful! It was our very first time eating there , so we weren’t sure what to expect ! Our food was absolutely delicious, and came out so quickly ! I don’t think I’ve ever had a steak that delicious , and as he explained, stayed warm on the 500 degree plates as I tried my best to eat it all! The crab cakes and the Oscar topping were to die for ! We will be back! Not only the food was perfection, but Bryce , thank you for a truly incredible experience !
