Fantastic hotel in the heart of downtown. Can't say enough about all the people who work there, and look for ways to be friendly and helpful. King room is relatively large and quiet; we appreciated the extra seating, rather than having to flop on the comfortable bed to read. Black light in the bathroom is a nice night-time touch! The art exhibits in the hotel were really interesting and thoughtfully curated, and made for a nice evening stroll with a night cap in hand. Breakfast at Proof was very tasty, and priced fairly for the area. Valet service was quick and always helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our anniversary weekend here and had a wonderful stay. Room was large and spacious with great views and large windows. Comfy robes were provided as well as in bar items for purchase. Loved the unique and quirkiness of the hotel itself. I loved the walkability to great restaurants.

The whole stay there was awesome, delightful and unique. Stayed there with my 90+ Mom and husband so really appreciated the help Emily gave when making reservations for 2 rooms next to each other. All the staff were happy and helpful like in the "old days" before COVID AND… 9/11 ruined most customer service experiences.
Spa, restaurant and museum features were so nice esp since we were just there overnight and had my Mom who needs a walker so we had limited mobility.
The rooms were lovely a nice studios with NICE warm carpet not sterile tile or faux wood panels used now..ugh.
Food at restaurant and the Angel Envy from the gift shop were awesome. Loved that the staff nicely balanced their expressive individual artsy flair with traditional business casual attire. The whole visit was again, delightful. Can't wait to go back and enjoy more food and that bar. LOL
