Came here as an observer not as a business person but I hear that it is highly affordable from the people using these facilities. As an observer, this place is beautiful. If ever you want to take in a free art show of unique eclectic pieces with the opportunity to take some of them home with you, definitely check this place out. It also has a brewery, cafe, and pizza place as well as a couple other cool little places that I won't spoil 🙂 Oh, and it has a huge event spaces

I recently photographed a wedding here and the space is gorgeous! There are many different spots for locations and the courtyard is beautiful for a wedding ceremony. Highly recommend for an artsy space!

I had my wedding and reception July 17th in the Picasso Room. Everything was perfect. Lochlan and Lindsey were beyond helpful when we reached out for assistance or questions. Everyone was friendly. The event place was clean and well kept. Will recommend to everyone that this is the perfect venue!!!
