My wife and I did an overnight in Raleigh for our anniversary and in the morning I went for a walk while she slept in, good husband right? Our hotel was a few blocks from this station so I went to check it out, it’s awesome, the building was built in such a cool and creative way, respecting the past and highlighting the area’s industrial roots, but quality of build and highly functional. I also love seeing trains in action so…. double bonus for me.

Super nice station. Great location, close to everything that's walkable. The station was clean. Needs more vending options, but it was a newed station and likely they'll be adding more options in the future.

Stopped on the FLORIDIAN on my way back to SC earlier this month and was impressed (and jealous) of the investment that North Carolina and Amtrak made to the station. Nice train hall and LEVEL boarding platform. Columbia needs to take serious notes!
