As someone who moves around a lot (like A LOT) this has been by far the BEST complex I have ever lived in. 1. Best Location (and safest in my opinion). 2. Valet parking – Moe, Naz and the rest of the team are truly amazing. 3. THE MAINTENANCE STAFF 10 out of 10. 4. The office staff is super friendly and helpful plus they feed my dog countless treats lol 5. The people. I have made some life long friends living in the building. Everyone I have interacted with has been so kind and genuine. High recommend living here!

Experience has been wonderful. I’ve been here for 2 weeks. I started working with the leasing office around April and they were extremely communicative throughout the process, both on email and phone. I couldn’t visit in person cause I was out of state so they sent me videos and there was even a FaceTime call to show me around. When I arrived in June I taken back by how the place looks even better in person. There where 1or 2 stuff that had to be fixed or replaced and they did it within a day due to they seamless repair portal. My only minus was my air conditioning stopped working a few times, maintenance came in and upgraded my thermostat and fixed everything up. Now everything runs fine. Kathee and rest of leasing team have been awesome so far.
In terms of the area it’s really nice everything is walking distance and I’ve enjoyed it so far.
Valet parking is also really good, they are very responsive. Just make sure you give them a 5 mins heads up when you need your car. Safety wise you’ll need a key fob to enter and packages are secure.

Maintenance are a great help. Shoutout to Vernie for efficiently responding and helping us get sorted with a few different items including fixing up the AC and doing a thorough job very quickly, happy with everything in the apartment!
