I just started yoga today. They accommodate disabled military veterans. The staff are very friendly and caring. Mark, the yoga instructor, is very knowledgeable in his art. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to do much with my injuries from the service but was able to complete everything.

The Rose M Eldridge, Senior Center, is the most amazing place for senior citizens, such as myself, in the Norco area to get information on anything a Senior Citizen is curious about. Even during Covid, they have had contests on how to stay fit. I won in March! I have a garden that is a joy to watch behind the Center. I can't wait for the Center to be open again for the camaraderie with other senior citizens. It's certainly a place to expand your mind and where we may benefit in growing older and much wiser, more gracefully. Everyone at the Center is quite helpful and respectful, and wise beyond their years. We are truly blessed to have the lovely Center in Norco, with such an awesome, knowledgeable, kind, and helpful staff. Thank you so very much for all that you do for us.
