First time trying out their Executive Suite Room had a very spacious living room large comfy Bed, great Sunrise view of the city.
Location is right in the Heart of Davao City near people's park, and other establishments, always a great stay in Apo view. The ambiance of their buffet area is also great! Had delicious breakfast selections. Overall we had a great stay!

We had a pleasant stay at Apo View Hotel with my family. The location is very convenient, the staff are friendly and accommodating, and the overall atmosphere is warm and welcoming.
However, the facilities definitely need some upgrading. The pool area in particular could use better maintenance and improvements to make it more enjoyable for guests. Some of the rooms and common areas also feel a bit dated and would benefit from renovation or modern touches. With a few upgrades to the amenities and facilities, Apo View Hotel can truly live up to its rich history and reputation.
Overall, it was still a comfortable and memorable stay for us, but we look forward to seeing improvements that would make the experience even better.

☑️ Overall our stay was great the staffs were great. Especially our breakfast experience, really accommodating staff.

❎ Wifi in this hotel is really Slow and not consistent.
❎ Although the breakfast is included in our package, I think the breakfast buffet of 699 is not worth it (based on the selection of food offered) comparing it to the buffet of the same price in a restaurant.
❎ Netflix not available. Only few channels available in their cable.
❎ No warm bath. Or maybe hot shower not enough, I had to use electric heater to add warm to the running water for the tub.
