I stayed here and booked multiple rooms for our family. It was personally my choice because the location is right in the heart of Davao, and it’s more affordable compared to other nearby hotels that couldn’t meet our requirements.
The beds were big and comfortable, there’s a gym, and the pool area was peaceful and not crowded perfect for relaxing. Our bookings came with buffet breakfast, which was also very good.
But what truly stood out was the staff especially the security personnel, who were very helpful and attentive, particularly since we had senior citizens in wheelchairs with us.
Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, and I would definitely recommend it for families. Definitely staying once again in Royal Mandaya when I am back in Davao

Good Hotel for the price. Little bit old, but the management doing the best to keep it nice and clean. Breakfast is okay. Staff was always very friendly.
