The hotel is conveniently located along CM Recto (Claveria), close to various establishments such as banks, fast-food restaurants, convenience stores, churches, the city hall, and several drugstores. Payments can be made in cash or via credit/debit card. Internet connection, however, can be a bit intermittent.

Confused about breakfast? They accommodate with friendly demeanor. Want coffee? They will radio up someone and have a hot cup in your face in less than 5 minutes at after hours. All this without attitude or reminding you of rules.
This is great service.
No elevator, everyone is ready to carry bags and suitcases up flights of stairs for you. No laughing or attitude. The door is always opened by a guard that greets you. That same guard will hail cabs and jeepneys also with honest fares.
The room was just a little small, and dated, for what we paid. The food is excellent and everything else is above and beyond.
Especially the location.

I stayed here for just one night when I went to Davao and I think it’s the perfect location. The staffs are also kind and helpful, maybe I will book again if I visit Davao again☺️ the only problem I encountered was during the breakfast, they asked if how do i want my egg to be cooked and i said scrambled please but it was not followed hmmm but overall, my stay there was great no matter what…
