    Arrived at 2am the receptionist is very attentive to accomodate us. Rooms are very clean and its smell nice to sleep soundly and amenities are complete.I love the interior design and colors. Breakfast is included in our room, there's alot to choose😋 The hotel is easy to find its along the hughway, we comeback again

    Great location and friendly staff, just a short walk to the Peñafrancia race starting line. Room was clean but the economy double bed setup (two singles joined) was uncomfortable for couples—I’ll book the Standard Double next time. Service was good overall, though we had issues with the door lock and water quality that the hotel should improve.

    Poor and terrible service – check in is at 2pm and I arrived late so I thought the room was ready, well, it wasn't. I was told to wait for 5 minutes but I was given the keycard 15 mins later
    Our room is on the 4th floor sooo imagine going back to the reception, bags and all, to tell them that their damned keycard is defective.

    Ate at their buffet for breakfast, staff members in the vicinity were inattentive. We are a group of 7 and there wasn't one to assist in setting up a table for us so I ended up getting utensils from other tables.

    ALSO, THEY DO SHORTCHANGING. It is an establishment's responsibility to issue exact change to paying customers. Otherwise, it's illegal.

    The only redeeming factor is the location. I've stayed here few other times only because of it. But every time, I always had something to say about their service (on me). Worst was when we were served cold food (Rolando's) and when I wrote a complaint about it, no one really reached out to address it.

    Go to other hotels. I heard Lotus Blu and Summit hotels are better choices. There are also other hotels in the area soooo considering this my last stay. 🙄🙄
