The GSC City Hall is located at literally the heart of the city. It is the seat of power in the local govertment of Gensan. Through the years, the GSC City Hall has undergone renovations especially the Mayor's Office but still preserving their historical facade.

the ground floor is accessible for wheelchair bound persons as it has a ramp at the front of the building. The departments on the ground floor are those that caters directly to the constituents and taxpayers such as the Offices of the City Mayor, Administrator and Treasurer. There is also a disability toilet.However, there is no lift going up the second and third floors. Those in wheelchairs need to be carried. Mobility Scooter can not access the higher floors.
