We are frequent guests at Grand Summit Hotel, and it truly deserves to be recognized as one of the Philippines’ leading city hotels. Most of my personal milestones have been celebrated here, and every stay—sometimes lasting up to five days—has always been exceptional.
The staff are consistently accommodating and professional, with special mention to Mr. Elmer, who never fails to provide excellent service.
The Odi and Morrow Suites are exceptionally cozy and well-maintained, offering both comfort and elegance. The presence of a gym and a playroom for children adds to the convenience and overall family-friendly experience.
We also enjoy dining at Café Summit, where the food is consistently delicious and the service remarkable.
Grand Summit Hotel remains our top choice, and we look forward to returning again soonessstttt!!!
Lot of photos in my galleryy but just share some of it.

Stayed here on our travels in the Philippines for 4 nights. Our overall experience was positive.
The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The front of house desk staff always friendly and the house keeping staff are good. The wellness spa was very enjoyable also.
The negatives. If you book a room here insist on a pool view as our room was located directly opposite a night club and with very bad sound proofing windows we felt like we were in the club. Secondly, the restaurant serving staff are in dire need of hospitality training. Slow to take orders, slow to give details on what is and what isn’t available for food and drinks. And slow to clear away tables. I watched a table sit after a family had dined stay uncleaned for 20 mins. All while I had witnessed a staff member leaning on the welcoming stand to the restaurant doing nothing during that time.
This hotel is nice but it is trying to be something it isn’t. High end prices without the high end staffing to suffice.

If you choose to stay here your in for a treat of no sleep. The club next door blares music till 330 am. It’s so fun to not get any sleep. On the plus side the foods super good here.
