    this is an Olympic size stadium and it was with international standards, it has been a venue of both local and international sport competitios in which the Province of Isabela had been hosting for the past few years, lately other festivities was also done here like artist concert and Bambamti festival…and this is the second of it kind in Ilagan City, one.is in Poblacion the Ilagan City Sport Complex aka.Paguirigan Memorial Staduim, and the Isabela Sport Complex in Alibagu Ilagan City..
