We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Movenpick! From the moment we arrived until the second we left, we received highly attentive and thoughtful customer service from everyone we encountered. The rooms, beach area and pool were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast and dinner buffet were superb- dinner buffet was a bit different each night which gave a nice variety. Spa services were accommodating and inviting. We had a memorable time during the New Year’s Eve celebration! We highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting the area and can’t wait to visit again!

I am writing this to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service my family received during our recent Christmas holiday at your hotel. I traveled with my wife and our 3-year-old child, and thanks to your wonderful team, it was truly a memorable and heartwarming experience.
In particular, I would like to commend three staff members who went above and beyond to make our stay special:
• Roy (Bar): Roy provided us with such warm and professional service at the bar. He made us feel incredibly welcome, and his attentive attitude added a special touch to our evenings.
• AJ (Concierge): AJ was extremely helpful in assisting us with our local needs. His kind recommendations and proactive support made traveling with a young child much easier and more enjoyable.
• Fer (Reception): From the moment we arrived, Fer welcomed us with a bright smile and handled our check-in/out process seamlessly. Fer’s friendliness set a positive tone for our entire trip.
Traveling with a toddler can sometimes be challenging, but the kindness shown by these individuals made us feel right at home. Please ensure that this feedback is shared with Roy, AJ, and Fer, as well as their respective department heads. They are true assets to your hotel.

Wish we could’ve stayed longer! My family and I stayed here for 4 nights and we are very pleased with this resort hotel. Location and amenities are great, but what impressed me the most are the staff. They all make you feel very welcome. Everyone we’ve encountered were very respectful, courteous and helpful staff. Shoutout to their manager Jerry, bellhop Triskie for going above and beyond to accommodate our family and ensure a pleasant stay. We will definitely be back!
