To the hotel’s staff
I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and 4 days! I really enjoyed Cebu Island for the first time since they treated me well from the beginning! When I was about to enter the pool, they gave me a towel right away, and when I told them it was an early morning flight, they wrapped my breakfast, and that kind service made my heart warm! I was so happy ^^ I will definitely come back to stay again!

I just wanted to thank the Chateau team for their excellent service. Miss Maricar and Kenneth for helping and assisting our wedding.
We really felt like "home" for the short time.
The food was amazing, the place is beautiful and peaceful.
I loved to swim in the pool, it was great. It would suit that wonderful place, if the pool would have a renovation of tiles and maybe an upgrade.

Outstanding location and staff. The place is very well maintained. Highly recommend when staying on Mactan Island. Private beach and pool. The food quality for breakfast and at the restaurant is absolutely great. Hot water and good pressure in the bathroom. Very clean. Spacious rooms. 7-11 within walking distance 3 minutes away.
