We chose Park Inn because of the location next to SM Clark. We are glad to be here. There is a myriad of dining opportunities within easy walking distance. We can get whatever we need for our stay at the mall.
All service in any area from reception to dining to housekeeping has been excellent. Everyone has been very friendly and accommodating to our requests. Housekeeping has freshened the room daily. John and Art kept our room spotless. They freshened the room daily. The food at breakfast is delicious. About 70% of breakfast items varies from day to day. There have been many new items each day at breakfast. There are amazing baked items available daily as well from breakfast hours until late at night.
We are very pleased with Park Inn and extended our stay here for 5 more days.

First time in this hotel and it was a very pleasant surprise, I'm Italian and usually used to welcoming and well-organized hotels, as soon as I arrived immediately welcome and exceptional organization, they knew my name and helped me find parking, then when we arrived at the room what can I say…wow. Beautiful family room, very well-kept and welcoming with scented towels and fresh fruit in the room, we stayed 2 nights and I must say that they were the best in a hotel here in the Philippines…. I forgot about breakfast…..finally a breakfast worthy of a place that wants to call itself a hotel.

I have stayed at other Radisson properties, including Radisson Blu Cebu and Park Inn Davao, so I had clear expectations. Park Inn by Radisson Clark met them well. The experience felt solid and consistent with the brand.
We booked two Superior Rooms for a Christmas overnight stay. The rooms felt slightly smaller compared to Park Inn Davao, but they stayed comfortable and well laid out. The room was clean. The staff were welcoming and accommodating from check in to check out. Toiletries were more limited, with no lotion provided, but everything essential was available. Since we stayed on Christmas Eve, the hotel gave us a christmas tree brownie popsicle. A small but thoughtful touch.
Being a Radisson Rewards member added clear value. We paid fully with points earned from previous stays, so we spent nothing out of pocket. The hotel also allowed early check in and late check out. We received a 15% food discount for VIP members. Room upgrade (to the highest tier) is a membership benefit, but no suite rooms were available during our stay, so an upgrade was not possible – but okay lang, no issue.
Overall, the stay felt smooth, comfortable, and worth it.
