The hotel is very luxurious yet very spacious in a very dense area of chengdu. The room is very modern yet it was able to blend with Chengdu’s history. The staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Room service was very quick and efficient. The restaurant choices were very exquisite although the buffet choices lacked in pastry. The hotel itself is in close proximity to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Hui with the hotel itself attached to the Chicony shopping mall, great for shopping and eating if the hotel restaurants doesn’t suit your needs. It is also a walking distance from the subway station as well. I would definitely come back to this hotel in the future.

A Fantastic Stay in the Heart of the City
We had such a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Chengdu! The location is absolutely perfect—you are right on Chunxi Road, so you have endless options for eating and exploring right at your doorstep.
The hotel itself is beautiful. Our room was modern and felt so spacious thanks to the mirrored design, and we loved the stunning city views. A huge plus was that the room smelled fresh and clean with absolutely no lingering smoke smell, which is always a relief. The service was also top-tier; everyone we met was kind and eager to help.
The only small thing to know is that the breakfast is a bit standard for a luxury hotel, and they don't serve it in the Club Lounge. However, the fresh noodle station at the buffet was delicious and gave us a nice taste of local flavor. Overall, I highly recommend staying here for a comfortable and convenient Chengdu experience!

I stayed at the Grand Hyatt Chengdu for five days during my recent business trip, and it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel has a modern design and offers an excellent view of the city from the rooms, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast selection was impressive, with plenty of choices to start the day right. I also appreciated the thoughtful pillow selection, which ensured a comfortable night’s sleep. The staff were courteous and professional, always ready to assist. Overall, it is a great choice for both business and leisure travelers visiting Chengdu.
