We had originally booked another hotel, but since it didn’t offer everything we were looking for, we decided to switch to the Shangri-La in Chengdu — and it turned out to be an excellent choice.
We were pleasantly surprised from the moment we arrived. The service was outstanding, the welcome incredibly warm, and the staff really made us feel right at home.
The breakfast was excellent, the prices very reasonable, and overall our stay went perfectly well.
We highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing view of the city of Chengdu. Great value. Quick to attend to any problems. The Breakfast Buffet is worth checking out. Tyler Wang at the front was incredibly friendly and helpful in recommending places & restaurants and in helping us get a tour guide. A hotel that lives up to its name.

I stayed here for two nights for anniversary celebration and had a great time. The views from the room were incredible. Shangri-La has the best gym with top notched equipment. Strongly recommend!
