super beautiful hotel! the staff is very friendly. i believe the employee who checked us in is named liam and he was amazing. he was very kind, explained everything and made check in a breeze. the elevators were a bit confusing at first but we got the hang of it pretty easily! the rooms are very clean, smell good and overall i would very much recommend this hotel! the parking garage is a little bit stuffy, it was hard to find somewhere my car would fit but other than that we had no issues and very much enjoyed our stay here.

The lobby was really nice and the hotel itself is unique in structure. The staff is pleasant. However, although our room was nice (initially) the curtains were falling off, the ceiling had water damage, a lot of water accumulation around the window and our toilet ran all night and when you would sit down your clothes got wet (eww) the housekeeping service was efficient. If we wanted towels etc. The items would come very quickly. No pool but a gym.

My room cost over $200 after taxes. Found out after I get here that no breakfast is included, my drink was over $18 at the bar, the restaurant was closed, and there's no pool. On top of that, the place is a bit run down. I will not spend my money here again as I think it's overpriced for the lack of quality. The service was good though, the people were prompt and courteous every single encounter. Also, the bed was clean and comfortable.
Parking in the parking garage was an upcharge & pretty much required, and we were approached by no less than 3 homeless people asking for cigarettes and money. Hotel mitigates this concern by having the building doors locked at night and having to ring to come in, The parking garage is wide open, but people do have to walk through the hotel's driveway to get into it, so hopefully the vehicles have some security. We did not experience any vehicle break-ins or issues during our stay. My adult son tripped on bricks sticking up in the driveway, there are multiple spots where they stick up enough to catch your toes.
