I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It's walking distance to everything downtown (including the landmark theatre) and has a great daily breakfast. The building is super old, but the furnishings are modern.

Nice place, we had a 10 th floor room on the museum side which was a nice view. Was a windy and cold weekend so not much walking around. Staff both day and night were very pleasant and professional. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are in town.

Such privacy up here on the 10th floor of this delightful and historic Downtown Best Western.
A very, very cool building with character, I love it here.
When booking I did not realize it’s just steps from the MOST Museum; what a treat!
Very spacious suites with a surprisingly large kitchen area.
Wonderful front desks hosts, and the breakfast here is better than most Best Westerns I have visited, and the coffee is dark, bold and proper.
Vending, ice and safe parking.
Will be my go-to Syracuse spot for sure.
