Our Mom has recently moved into The Fountains at Millbrook and we have had a very positive and supportive experience with the staff, specifically Ann Sheeley. She has been there for us and our Mom in so many ways. I feel like The Fountains truly tries to make their residents feel at home in their new home. It is such a beautiful place but it is the human beings and the caring staff that really make it special. I feel safe knowing that my Mom is there! Also, she is enjoying the food, making friends and following her passion of being a pianist all in her new home!

Everything about the Fountains is wonderful! The staff work tirelessly to ensure residents are comfortable and happy both in the independent living and assisted living! They have many different programs like art classes, stretch and movement classes, sing a longs and more! My siblings and I are so relieved and happy that our mom is living at the Fountains (assisted living)! We know that she is safe, well cared for and happy!

I needed to move my aunt from IL to NY and find her a nice place to live. She ended up staying at the Fountains for 10 years, and enjoyed every minute. The Fountains kept her vibrant and engaged. She started out living independently in a beautiful cottage and progressed to assisted living. The entire staff is fantastic and helped me with every bump in the road. If you are looking for a beautiful country facility for yourself or a loved one – the Fountains will be perfect.
