I stayed at the Shangri-La Hotel in Suzhou’s Industrial Park for three nights (from January 4th to January 6th), and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is a brand-new building with impressive height, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Although there seemed to be a slight staff shortage just after the Christmas and New Year holidays, which is understandable, everything else was excellent. We also enjoyed the food and services in the Horizon Club Lounge. I’d be happy to leave them a positive review and hope it’s helpful for the Suzhou Shangri-La.

The room was thoroughly cleaned and very clean and comfortable.
It was spacious enough to open two suitcases with ease.
The service at the front desk and from the porters was also excellent.
Above all, the housekeeping staff was wonderful.
I would love to stay here again.
