Brian did an awesome job helping my friend and get familiar with the area. The drive was fun, safe and memorable. He was funny, professional and helpful. He felt like family and I really appreciate his hospitality and friendliness to our room. He educated us and gave us the history of the resort. Great people to meet and an outstanding worker. I just want to give a huge shoutout to the security guard, John (or Jeff). He was absolutely awesome! He came right over in his golf cart and immediately helped organize the parking situation — calm, quick, and professional. You can tell he really knows the property well and genuinely cares about keeping things running smoothly.

It’s rare to meet someone who takes their job so seriously while also being so friendly and respectful. Management should definitely know how valuable he is — he’s a true asset to the team!

Mayeda was absolutely awesome! She made signing up for the boats super easy and was so friendly and helpful the whole time. You can tell she really cares about people. Management should know how great she is — she made our experience fantastic!

This Orlando resort is very big, with several pools, a small miniature golf area, tennis courts, a small water slide pool area, and room views of a natural reserve for the ones that face the water. Also a gym, market, and spa, and sports bar & grill. There was plenty of parking surrounding the room location, and on the property. It is 6 miles from Disney World, very convenient for my visit. Staff were friendly. One good thing about the rooms was that the balconies were all screened in, so eating there was so nice, not being bothered by bugs. Room & bathroom was clean and comfortable
