Fantastic Hotel, location was excellent & central to everything within Yokohama including train station & malls. Great view from Balcony rooms. Staff were approachable & very friendly/helpful. Overall a fantastic Hotel which looks to provide great service for guests.

Stayed here for a couple days on our 3 week Japan vacation. What I really enjoyed about this place is the accessibility. Came in on the train directly from the airport. The hotel is connected to a mall which has a station in it, super painless experience. Quick and friendly check in and clean rooms with a great view of the Ferris wheel. Did not try any food here as there are many options in walking distance. Would not hesitate to say here again as it was extremely easy to get here from the airport after a long flight and the experience was all positive.

This is a prime example that dated interior does not mean bad. Everything is super clean and well maintained. Location is excellent to explore Yokohama and have a stroll along the harbor. View is amazing overlooking the bay and a theme park. Staff 5/5
