The hotel is really nice. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful up not on arrival. They were able to store our luggage while we waited for our room to be ready. The club lounge has really good food for breakfast and dinner, and a variety of drinks was nice. The housekeeping staff is efficient and did a really great job on our room. It is really close to Yokohama Station, with direct access to the malls and station from the B1 Floor. Food and all types shopping is close by as well.

This is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed. Big room. Very well maintained and clean. Walking distance from Yokohama station (underground shopping streets) and connected with department stores, restaurants, and markets. The breakfast is the best of the best. The club lounge is comfortable and offers good food.

Incredible location in Yokohama directly connected to Yokohama Station through the basement, which makes getting around easy. The rooms are spacious, though a bit dated. As a Titanium Elite member, daily breakfast buffet at the restaurant and evening cocktails with appetizers (reservations required, but we never had trouble getting a table). A thoughtful touch was the flower arrangement and card in our room congratulating us on our honeymoon. The staff were very kind here. Overall, an excellent hotel with top-notch service.
