From start to finish this was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The rooms are gorgeous, every meal we had on property was phenomenal, and the service in the club lounge was unmatched. This was such a special stay for us and I hope one day we’ll return. I can’t say enough good things about this property. Thank you to everyone who helped us during our week long stay. You are all incredible!

My girlfriend and I had the opportunity to visit Osaka, staying at the Ritz-Carlton, during the holidays. Upon arriving, we were greeted with the most elegant and beautiful Christmas decor and hard working employees. Ayumi Miyasaka, who helped us at the front desk, was our favorite. She was warm, personable, and enjoyable to talk to with a contagious smile. She even went out of her way *numerous* times when we passed in the lobby to say “hello”, ensuring our trip was still going smoothly. Ayumi M. made our wonderful stay memorable (especially for my first time in Japan). We will be back to Japan and certainly to Ritz Carlton.
