This is a preliminary, pre-resident post. I had the opportunity of meeting one of your residents while canvasing an apartment complex on Fenton Street in Silver Spring last Sunday. I spoke with him briefly in passing and he had nothing but positive things to say about this community. I shared some of my safety concerns with him and he assured me that he has never had an incident since living at this community and encouraged me to take a tour of the community, so I will. I'm noticing all of the 5 stars with 2, 1 star reviews, which I think is quite impressive!
