We had an incredible experience working with this rental company for our wedding. From start to finish, they were organized, punctual, and truly went above and beyond to make everything seamless. Their product selection was fantastic—beautiful, high-quality pieces with plenty of availability, which made planning so much easier. A special shoutout to Liz Winters, who was absolutely amazing to work with. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and made us feel completely supported throughout the entire process. After having our annual order for a Shop With a Cop event canceled on the same day it was to be delivered by another local vendor, I contacted Bright Event Rentals to see if by some miracle, they would be able to deliver 4 20×20 tents the same day as my call for our event early the next morning. I spoke with Lexi who took my info and put me on hold for a short period of time. When Lexi returned, a miracle came true! Lexi said they can and would save the day and deliver the tents in just a few hours. I was amazed with Lexi's care and concern with making sure our 400+ attendees were able to have tents over their heads for the early next morning. The order, payment, set up, and removal was flawless. Lexi even called me the day of the event to see how things went. I was able to meet the delivery people and they too were friendly and helpful.
I'm simply amazed that Bright Event Rentals and Lexi were able to quickly save our event. The children who attended had a great time, even Santa was there!
Thank you so much Bright and Lexi for making our Shop With a Cop event happen with the tents.
I will definitely work with Lexi and Bright for next event.
