Hub50 truly feels like an oasis in the middle of the city, and after moving in recently I don’t know that I ever plan on leaving.
I took the opposite route most usually take, leaving a house I owned out in the burbs and moving into an apartment. My friends all think I’m nuts because who does that, but the way I have been explaining it and the way it genuinely feels is “I’m just taking an extended vacation.” I went to school in Boston and have loved the food, the noise, the sights and sounds and smells ever since, and after 5 years I realized owning a house in the suburbs is not where I was meant to be.
Every morning I wake up and I drink my protein shake while I look out the window to THIS view (picture one). Every day I head to the well-equipped gym on floor 15 that has equally intoxicating views. Every day I walk through the lobby that smells like white tea and sunshine out the front door where I am greeted with a smile from the wonderful front desk team, and 100 yards down the block is the biggest and most convenient grocery store I have ever seen in a city (it even has a full liquor store).
Everywhere you look from this building is an iconic Boston landmark. It is literally attached to the Garden for God’s sake (we have our own little section of the North Station Garage!). It literally could not be more perfectly situated in Boston to live, work, and play.
Last but certainly not least, the team here at Hub50 are incredible. Kelly in the leasing office was so knowledgeable about the building and area and practically had me sold by the end of the tour day one, but kept in touch with us as we expressed our desire for a specific unit not yet available and reached out to us the second it was. Chantal in the management office was answering a hundred questions before we even moved in, and after noting some observations from the virtual tour she personally saw to the resolution of every single note prior to us stepping foot into our new home. She even gave me a call just this morning as I had posted on the community bulletin board looking for a tape measure to finish building some furniture and told me I could borrow theirs. Finally, the concierge team who was there to assist for our seemingly endless moving-in process, even going so far as to lock out an elevator for us after noticing us struggling with a few trips of large items, cannot be overlooked either. I could not possibly ask for more from this team.
We toured what I honestly think is every single managed building in Boston and Cambridge, and found something wrong with every single one. The only one where we genuinely had no complaints was, you guessed it, Hub50.
Overall, if you’re looking for a luxury apartment in Boston and want every day to feel like a vacation – this is the place to be.
