I had a great experience coordinating a stay with Fairfield by Marriott Mandaue City, Cebu. I booked the reservation under my Marriott Bonvoy account while I am in the United States, and the hotel team was very accommodating in allowing my parents to check in smoothly on my behalf. This was my xmas gift for my parents, for them to have a quick 3 day getaway as they are retirees who moved to Cebu from Chicago a couple years ago. Although I did not personally experience the hotel room or on site service, the email communication was excellent.
Special thanks to Philip Niño Morado and Mikka Ella Mayol for their professionalism, responsiveness, and clear coordination throughout the process. They made everything easy and stress-free despite the distance. Because of their help, my parents were able to enjoy their stay without any issues. This level of service truly reflects Marriott’s commitment to guest care. I would highly recommend Fairfield Mandaue to anyone booking for family members abroad. My parents enjoyed their stay and were impressed how clean their bedroom was. Im happy when theyre happy. Thanks again!

Just wanted to take a moment to give a shout out to a couple of your team members and the property in Mandaue City Cebu Philippines. We arrived from the US for a surprise family visit and booked three rooms for seven people. We absolutely loved this new property and the attention to details. The rooms were nice and modern with comfortable beds and pillows. We opted to have breakfast there and were all quite pleased with both the variety and quality. It’s not a huge buffet like Quest but we actually preferred that because more attention was given to the quality. What really stood out was the service we received upon arrival from Phillip and Anjo. Everything was prepared for us. We had a ton of luggage and they went above and beyond to get us checked in and settled. Their service was superb! Because of them, this is out new go to destination when visiting Cebu. Thank you so much!

We had an excellent stay at Fairfield by Marriott, Cebu. The hotel was modern, comfortable, and well maintained.
The breakfast was good, with a nice variety to start the day. The rooms were awesome — clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We stayed on Level 9, the top floor, and the view was amazing, making the stay even more special.
Overall, it was an excellent hotel experience, and we would definitely recommend Fairfield by Marriott Cebu to anyone visiting the city. 😊🏨✨
