my purpose of visiting was understanding of visayan people culture at the same time looking around Mandaue city!

when i got here, it was nice timing!

the graduation ceremony are open!

so many graduates were gathered and they followed calmly the order of ceremony!

and also, i realized that visayan people's character is generally "well following the rules" different with other area!

it is impossible to say nation and city, it's totally different with that!

anyway, the Complex is so huge and useful!

the location is also so accessible and there are so many convenient facilities like big mall, convenient store and so on.

and there are safe area because the many government office are located nearby so, it is fit to strolling lightly.

After our initial enquiry at this temporary Covid 19 Vaccination Center, we received a text to let us know this location had the Pfizer vaccine. The queuing system was well organised and the time passes quickly as there are some steps to complete prior to actually receive the vaccine. Prior to the inoculation you get a sticker to show what vaccine you are going to get, some sweets and forms to fill up. After this they will take you 'vital signs'. Then you will get your vaccine and even the plaster has some 'branding'. The last step is monitoring where they will take your vital signs again. The place has good AC and the parking outside is adequate, and the parking attendants are helpful, to find you a space.
