Decent hotel. Not fancy. Heater in my shower is not working. Lobby is nice but you will notice that the rooms are a bit old but clean.

Stayed here for 4D3N in their Deluxe room. We are 3 adult pax. The room was ok and clean and functional. Average in size just enough for 3. A/C worked for a night then we have to transfer to another room when A/C started to blow hot air on the 2nd night. The staff were very prompt to solve issues in the room. With regards to their service…yes they provide good service. Location wise…it is in the central area of the city. 10mins walk to SM Mindpro and other establishments. Banks, school, drugstore, restos etc. There are lots of transpo around. We booked tru grab app which is cheaper for tourists like us and more convinient.
