Clean, spacious rooms which get thoroughly cleaned daily, unlike some other places.
The Wifi is patchy at times, but luckily the 4g signal in the rooms is very good.
Complimentary water, tea and coffee provided, and there's an on-site restaurant.
Contrary to what other reviews mentioned, the city center is perfectly well accessible, either on foot or by taking one of the numerous pedicabs passing in front.
Special kudos to the staff, who were very helpful.

location is off from the busy, noisy town, good food, neat room, caring staff, neat parking space. Drawback but can be fixed right away: Aircon exhaust water drops on the floor. Price is reasonable. Very good overall experience.

Still the best hotel for me in Butuan City. It offers a warm and cozy ambience for a modest accommodation. They also have a great selection of local and international cuisines to suite your cravings after a tiring field work in Caraga region. Your home away from home. Kudos also to the kind and hardworking staff!
