I cannot recommend 20Stories enough for a truly top-tier dining experience in Manchester. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking panoramic views of the city skyline, which provided the perfect backdrop for our evening.
Our server, Marina, was exceptional. She was incredibly professional, well-educated on the menu, and presented herself beautifully. Her service really elevated the night and made us feel special.
The food was easily Michelin-star quality. I had the Sea Bass, and it was simply unreal—perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. My sister thoroughly enjoyed the half lobster, and my mum’s chicken dish was equally impressive. Every plate was a masterclass in presentation and taste.
Whether you are there for the stunning atmosphere (the giant rose heart is a beautiful touch!) or the gourmet cuisine, this place delivers on every level. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back!

We came on a Sunday afternoon and were greeted fabulously all staff were super friendly and welcoming, we requested a window seat when making our reservation which we also got with amazing views. Our server Robert was very attentive, friendly and welcoming he explained everything on the menu and ensured our glasses were always full ☺️ we couldn’t have asked for better service from him. Upon making my reservation I menitioned it was for a 21st birthday and at the end Robert brought out a Happy Birthday dessert with a candle which was very thoughtful and made the whole experience. We also had an 10 year old with us and she was very nicely looked after and had a kids menu which she enjoyed.Overall highly recommend. We did not want leave !!!!

We had such a lovely experience at 20 Stories. The views were stunning, the atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed, and the food was absolutely delicious.
A special thank you to Peppe, our wonderful Italian waiter, who made the evening even more memorable. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. My mum especially enjoyed chatting with him, which added such a personal touch to our visit. The gnocchi deserves a special mention too, my mum said it was honestly one of the best she’s ever had.
