This city hall is very well maintained, CR's are clean and have toiletry, better than in some most well known/super malls(tongue in cheek).
The service is fast; whether when you're paying them taxes/fees or you're asking for aid, someone will be there to attend to you.
The compound is efficiently organized. Many government agencies are housed in the same area – BIR, BFD, etc. so you can do several transactions in 1 day.

Had to get my Cedula and Voter's certification here. The staff were friendly but what I liked most is the spacious interior of the city hall. Compared to other municipal buildings (especially in the Metro), this is far more impressive.
The offices aren't congested at all and you can freely move around. The offices are coupled alongside each other and they don't require you to move to other establishments like you would typically do when you transact with other municipalities. This is a typical Thursday morning and the crowd may vary on a different day though. I got my documents quick and less than 10 minutes each.

Cavite State University Commencement exercises was held here on Sep 30, 2025, the Filipiniana dress motif was so nice and elegant, I felt the pride of every parent while watching their kids graduating that day
