I ordered the iced cream salt latte (less sweet and sub oat). I loved it! 🤩 I could still taste the coffee, and the cream cheese wasn’t overwhelming. The pesto pasta was also yummy; I loved the smoked bacon bits. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I stayed here for around an hour. The seats aren’t comfortable (especially for someone with back problems), so it’s not meant for longer stays. I got there at around 10:30 AM, but they were still closed, and I was worried because I went to Porta Vaga just to try their coffee. Thankfully, they opened at around 11 AM.

I’d love to try their other drinks! I’ll definitely come back when I visit Baguio again. 🧡

A true low-key gem. This coffee shop serves some of the best coffee around, whether you’re ordering a drink or picking up quality beans to brew at home. My go-tos are the dirty horchata and the Blondie—both consistently excellent.
The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and if you stay a little longer to chat, you’ll likely learn a thing or two about coffee along the way. It feels welcoming without being overwhelming.
Bonus points for the food: the pesto is delicious, and the yema cookies are a must-try. A place that clearly cares about both craft and community.

of all the coffee shops i visited during my weeklong stay in baguio, brew & alchemy coffeeworks is definitely my favorite. you can truly feel their passion for elevating the coffee experience — from their choice of machines, equipment, and cups, to the quality of beans they use, and most importantly, the taste of their coffee.

i also appreciate how dedicated they are to supporting local beans and farmers, which really resonates with me. we had a great conversation with the barista, and there’s no doubt they’re skilled and genuinely passionate about what they do.

i left not only with two packs of their coffee beans, but also with new learnings and inspiration. thank you, brew & alchemy team — keep brewing with purpose!
