I really loved living here because of PRP! I was sad when I left Oregon, because PRP was such a great place to rent from. I truly mean that, no one is paying me to say this.
In the last 17 years, I have stayed at many apartments with property management, and I feel that PRP are great folks to rent an apartment with. I had stayed in the Lombard apartments for 2 years with no issues.
Any time I needed something fixed, maintenance was responsive and friendly. It is very rare to find a place to live with little issues, if any, so take a chance on these folks, you won't regret it.

Hands-down, one of the best rental property managers I’ve ever had. They took the time that was necessary to get the right tenants in place and since then everything has been flawless. They have fixed things when necessary and found reasonably priced vendors to do so. Their recordkeeping is immaculate and they pay promptly and consistently each month. I’m a remote property owner and their team has made my experience as seamless as possible. Could not recommend their services more highly!
