We hosted a rehearsal dinner there on a Friday night. From my first contact with Sandra, she was extremely professional, kind, and supportive. The process of booking the room and the patio was easy and fair. Sandra responded immediately to any question I asked. On the day of the event, staff set up the tables and chairs, offered any other assistance, and helped clean up when the event was complete. My security deposit was returned in less than a week! If you are looking for a beautiful clean venue (with a gorgeous view of the river) with managment that is on your team, I highly recommend the Garden Club of Jacksonville.
