I have been a long standing tenant here and I genuinely love living in this building. The location is hard to beat. It is perfectly situated near public transit and surrounded by great food, coffee spots, and nightlife. Being so close to LoDo is a huge plus. Whether it is grabbing dinner, meeting friends, or catching live music, everything is right outside the door while still feeling like home.
The building itself is consistently clean and well cared for, which really shows the pride the staff takes in maintaining the space. Gerardo is always hard at work and goes out of his way to keep everything running smoothly. You can tell he truly cares about the building and the residents.
Maintenance is responsive and reliable, and Charles deserves special recognition. He is great to work with and has always made me feel like no task is too small. The beautiful 12 foot ceilings are a standout feature of the apartments. Overall, this is a well run building with a strong sense of community, an unbeatable location, and a staff that truly shows up for residents. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to live in the heart of Denver without sacrificing comfort, cleanliness, or great management.

Have been living here for almost a year now and I really enjoy it. Best location in Denver, being right on 16th street! Also, Charles and the maintenance team are on point and extremely quick with their service whenever an issue does arise, which isn’t that often. Never have to worry about issues with Charles around. Love the natural brick and wood the building and apartments offer as well! Really enjoy living here.

I’ve lived in my loft here at Mercantile for over 5 years and love the location, it’s a genuine treat to be within walking distance of all things that are included in a thriving city.
Even better, we love the management and maintenance staff! It’s one of the few buildings I’ve lived in that is efficient and thorough when things go wrong!
