Went with work on a day event. The rooms are good but can get crowded and hot. Refreshments and pastries were served in the morning.
Toilet facilities are clean. It's 2 minutes from Birmjngham New Street Station so a win for commuting.

Very good location with amazing transportation accessibility (adjacent to Grand Central Train Station…. 1 min walking distance)
Very functional and well maintained sanitary amenities with accessibility entrance.
Staff are professional and very helpful.
The sound system and external audiovisual connectivity can be improved on.
