I’m going to repost what my cousin in law already posted. I was the bride at this dinner, and it was such a disappointment that I didn’t get a call from my previously booked venue. Edge of Texas REALLY did me a solid, the staff, was above and beyond. Thank you ever so kindly.
“”Amazing, Food is always amazing! Staff is always great but today our family had a Wedding Reception planned… But it was at Forti's Mexican Elder Restaurant.
Forti's closed permanently and of course, we had no idea. We called the Edge of Texas and they were so kind, accommodating and fit us right in. We couldnt ask for better, they arranged the private room for all ~40 of us. Seating and arrangements were well above our expectations for a same day, last minute ordeal..

The crab meat cheese appetizer was just something else !!
The steaks were just exquisite. We definitely enjoyed everything.
The service was also very attentive and respectful.

This kind of hole in the wall steakhouse is amazing. The service was incredible and our waitress was very kind, attentive, and amazing at her job. The food was delicious and the steaks cooked as ordered. The place is large enough to accommodate any party size but not loud where you have to yell to talk to people. I would visit this place again if I am ever on this side of town again.
