I checked in around 6 pm and it is 10 p.m and it's 0 degrees outside i have my thermostat set at 75 because my room says it is 67 and I've had it at 75 since I got here and nothing.. Great clean rooms smells like a new car fresh paint love it except the heating issue. My wife likes it little warmer then I do but 67 degrees is crazy.. At 1030 pm we had a guy come out and it was just air in the water lines from the renovations after that it got super warm super fast.

We were very pleased with our two night stay. Rooms were comfortable and clean with terrific city views! Staff interactions were excellent. Brady and the woman at the desk midweek were super. 350 on First is a hidden CR gem, with fabulous 16th floor views and good cocktails. We will return here on our next visit to town.

I knew the hotel was under renovations so it was not a surprise, however I did not know the water in the entire building was scheduled to be off from 8am to 3pm. I checked into my room around 3:30 and the water was still off. I called the desk and was told it would be off until 5pm.
This was really not acceptable and could of been disclosed in many ways but was not.
I also decided to dine at the 16th floor restaurant around 5:35pm.
I sat at the bar without any acknowledgement until 6pm! It was very obvious the bartender was overwhelmed and could not keep up. Thank God that Eva showed up to help out and save the day for the many of us that were not getting served. She did a fantastic that go noted.
But to the hotel management, why why why ??? Guest should not be subjected to poor service and bad communication to your guest.
