We were visiting Anchorage in August and had approximately 2 hours to visit. We had the Alaska Toursaver card and it was buy-one-get one free. We enjoyed walking around the garden to see the plants in the area. It was peaceful and had beautiful landscape.

Went for the ice sculptures in winter and was not disappointed. Nice and whimsical way to spend some time outside in the cold. Bring your own mug and $2 to fill up with hotcocoa or cider!

Beautiful garden that has great scenery and tons to do and learn. Christmas is the time to go!! Visit when they have the lights set up. It’s a walking tour so wheelchairs and strollers can be a little tough to get around in with ice and snow. There is a building with a bathroom.
