Tristan’s communication from day one was exceptional. He was proactive, transparent, and answered all of my questions thoroughly, which made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. The entire team at The Atherton has been incredibly attentive and professional throughout.
I would absolutely recommend the building, the management team here is truly second to none.

One of the best spots in Southend. I’ve lived here for over two years and really enjoy the amenities, location and overall convenience of living at the Atherton. The management is responsive and helpful. The service team is top notch and always responds quickly Ben, Keldin and Al do a great job. I haven’t had any major issues while living here but the team has taken care of the few minor ones in a timely manner. Overall good value.

Living at the Atherton has been an amazing experience! Jeremy was so helpful at move in, and the maintenance team (specifically Ben and Keldin) respond to requests quickly and are very professional. Becca and Chris also throw incredible resident events. Could not recommend this building more!
